freight policy:

Here at Eagle, we soar above the rest and that includes our Freight Policy. All our items are shipped to our customers FREE of charge via courier with the exception of some items such as, but not limited to, Eagle Bed Slides, Eagle Fuel Tanks, Eagle Canopies and so on. FREE shipping applies to most items within Canada, some exceptions may apply within the Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut and Labrador. Please contact one of our dedicated sales representatives for more details on these items. Total cost of invoice is subject to change accordingly to product details with purchasers consent. 

If your item gets back-ordered, we will contact you via email to notify you of the delay. If you have other items on your order that are not on back-order we may ship items separately, back-ordering the unavailable items. Back-orders on prepaid orders will be shipped freight prepaid. Back-orders on collect orders will be shipped freight collect. Orders are processed the same or following day, Monday through Friday during typical business hours. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday, with the exception of holidays. If there are known delays, we will let our customers know as soon as possible. When our order ships, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number and direct link you can use to track your order. If you placed your order via the telephone and did not provide us with an email address, please contact us if you do not receive your order within 10-business days. Orders can be sent to only one address. If you are purchasing several items to be shipped to different addresses, you'll need a separate order for each different shipping address. Shipping delays may occur if given wrong address or postal code for shipping address or when the shipping company cannot deliver your package and they send the packages back to Eagle Manufacturing, we will contact you via email or phone for correct address information. Unforeseen circumstances at our business. Shipping companies often do not guarantee any shipment a couple weeks before Christmas. Please allow extra time for deliveries during this time. 


Packages that are returned to us by courier and marked as "unclaimed", "returned to sender", "attempted unknown", "refused", "invalid street address", will be credited back to the customer's credit card on file, less the shipping and handling fees and a 25% restocking fee. 


To protect our customers against credit card fraud, we will call, email or use other ways to verify that the credit card holder authorized the purchase. The billing address MUST MATCH the records at the card issuing bank or we will not accept the offer. 

online pricing policy:

Credit Card Funds are pre-authorized during the checkout process. Funds are only captured once all details of the order have been reviews and the products have been shipped. In the event of pricing errors on the website, Eagle Manufacturing will notify you of any price discrepancies before processing orders. We reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such pricing errors. All personal information is secure to ensure that all our customers are protected. 


Eagle Manufacturing products are fully guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials as specified by the manufacturers. Please view our Warranty Guide for more details. However, some exceptions apply with longer warranty periods available on certain products. Shorter periods may also apply on some products, such as, but not limited to, Electronics/Wiring, and certain Bulbs and Lighting. Any defective product will be replaced free of charge, but may be limited to only the defective part on items with multiple parts. Eagle Manufacturing is not responsible for any paint, labor costs, or freight to and from our warehouse. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be granted by Eagle Manufacturing prior to returning any merchandise. Adequate description of problem or defect must be stated on the request for warranty. In terms "defective and junk" are insufficient reasons, and will not be accepted as valid. It will take approximately 2-business days before your RMA is issued to you. 

**CANOPY WARRANTY: Warranty is VOID if damage is deemed beyond normal wear and tear, or abuse of canopy is evident. Warranty does not cover acts of nature (i.e. hail/storm damage). Warranty does not cover windows or lights. Warranty is non-transferable to a new party. Warranty covers movable parts and adjustments. Eagle Manufacturing is not responsible for any damage caused by the canopy shifting if the canopy has been removed and re-installed by customer after initial installation. 

canopy maintenance:

Periodically lubricate the shaft portion of the props to assure smooth prop action. Spray graphite lubricant sparingly into the window slider channel, to help the window slide more freely. Never drive with the canopy gate/door open or with passengers in the back as the vehicle fumes can be sucked into the truck box area. Lock your door handles to secure the locking rods/handles are in the proper position. Verify fastening bolts or canopy clamps periodically for tightness - especially if your unit is taken off and on frequently. Wash and wax your canopy regularly to protect exterior finish. 

Gel-coat finishes are the color pigmentation in the exterior surface of your canopy. Although gel-coat manufacturers to the fiberglass industry does add ultraviolet (UV) inhibitors to the gel-coat. Ultraviolet rays of the sun will cause colors to fade or become "chalky" in appearance if not maintained. Some slight imperfections in the metallic pattern can also occur. These characteristics however, are not covered by any warranty as they are considered "normal". 

**NOTE: Should some chalking occur, some glass may be retained by buffing with a high-quality ultra-fine buffing compound and 1-to-2 quality marine wax sealing applications. 

returns & exchanges:

Most product may be returned without a restocking charge for a period of 6-months from date of purchase. However, some seasonal and electric items or larger fleet orders where a special purchase is required may not be eligible for return and/or may be subject to a restocking charge. Product older than 1-year is not eligible for return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be granted prior to returning any merchandise. 

  • For all returns and exchanges, you will require the following:

  • The original receipt from your purchase - for online orders, you can contact us directly for a copy

  • The original method of payment

  • Original packaging and all items originally included by the manufacturers (including all manuals and accessories) 

  • Contact information provided when the order was placed (name, address and postal code, phone, email)

**IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount. All paintable product must be pre-fit before painting and installation. Eagle Manufacturing will not accept any painted product for return. The customer is responsible for freight costs to and from our warehouse, depending on particular cases. 

**IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14-days. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on Eagle Manufacturing's part or we have determined that the product is defective. 

special orders:

Special Orders are non-returnable. A signed Special Order Confirmation sheet must be emailed to place the order and cannot be cancelled after submission. 


Claims for merchandise lost or damaged in transit must be made directly to the carrier. Claims for shortages on a shipment must be filled with Eagle Manufacturing within 5-days after receipt of shipment.
